1. Booking Cancellation Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Prior to Pickup Time:
- Full refund if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for cancellations made within 12 hours of the pickup time.
- After Driver Arrival:
- Cancellations after the driver has arrived at the pickup location are non-refundable.
Company-Initiated Cancellations
- In rare instances where Radhika Cabs cancels a booking due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., vehicle unavailability, natural calamities), a full refund will be issued to the customer.
2. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email or SMS once the refund is initiated.
3. No-Show Policy
- If the customer fails to show up at the scheduled pickup location without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.
4. Changes to Booking Details
- Modifications to bookings (e.g., change of time, destination) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Refunds for modifications depend on the updated fare and cancellation terms.
